Today was gymnastics day for Madi! She LOVES to hang on the bars! She must have hung there like a monkey 10 or more times!

Since I wasn't feeling well, I was surprised to see that I had another special gift in the kitchen for me from Paul. He got me more flowers! He knows I am a sucker for day lillies! They smell SOOOO good!

Unfortunately, I have come down with a flu bug. So, I had to spend the day in bed. Madi was so kind enough to grace me with her prescene and eat her lunch with me. It was too cute!

For the past couple years Paul has been away on Valentines Day, so I have never really received a Valentines gift from him. (Even though it is a real big deal to me either) This year he surprised me with flowers in a CUTE red vase!! He's a keeper!

It was a VERY busy day today! Trey's class had their Valentines Day party, which was VERY FUN!!! Of course, I couldnt decide which photo to use, so there is 3 for today!

Valentines Day is ALMOST here! WOOHOO!! Trey has a Valentines Party tomorrow, and I was in charge of bringing mini heart pizza's and cupcakes. I was smart and custom ordered some cupcakes from Sam's Club! I went to pick them up tonight, and MAN, they looked SOO GOOD! (well that was until the cashier told me the pink ones looked like playdough-urgh)

I am normally more 'on-task' with Valentines Day cards. I LOVE Valentines day! Well, tonight was the MAD DASH to finish all the Valentines, because Thursday was a BUSY DAY and there would be NO TIME! Of course we couldn't just do a pre-made card. Heavens no! We had to do the pre-made Kung Fu Panda cards which we got at Target, then get some special Valentines airheads and Jolly Rancher lollipops and put them in an iron man bag. LOL Trey had fun, and the kids love them...so I can't complain too much!

Today Trey's cub Scout den meeting was replaced with a special PIZZA PARTY! Trey's den was the TOP SELLING Den for the Pack's popcorn fundraiser! The reward was the pizza party. The boys LOVED IT and had a fun time! V

Sundays at our house are pancake Sunday's. Although, sometimes we do skip the pancakes and go and have brunch at Granite City. Today though, we stuck with pancakes and bacon. They were both soo good!

Today was a GORGEOUS day outside, I decided to take the kids outside to run around and play outside for a bit. After some playing, I ended up spending 3 hours cleaning out our garage. The whole goal with cleaning the garage was to try and get it to the point where we could fit our 2nd car in there. One would think after 3 hours of cleaning, the car would fit. Unfortunately, my Tahoe is WAY TOO BIG and takes up too much of the garage space. Well, that and with all of our shelving, gardening tools and freezers, there is just not room for a 2nd car. Oh well, I tried, but hey, at least I have a clean garage and it gave the kids a chance to run around and play!

Took Trey to his FAVORITE spot, Dave and Busters. Trey didn't have school today due to parent/teacher conferences. Well, at D&B there is this spinning wheel game. So far my father and Paul have been the only ones to hit the 1,000 mark, which gets you 1,000 D&B tickets. I sent Trey off to play games while Madi and myself finished a game we were playing. Within a few minutes we walked over to Trey as he was literally jumping up and down because he hit the 1,000 mark on the wheel at his FIRST TRY! WOOHOO. So after standing there 5 minutes waiting to get all 1,000 tickets, I shot this picture! Now I am the only one left who hasnt hit 1,000. (I tried though, but lost!)

I went out to check out a house for some friends of ours...and let me tell you, it was in the country parts of our county. I saw this windmill (I hope that is what it is) and it caught my eye, so I snapped a picture of it!

Today is Madi's Parent & Tots gymnastic class. She LOVES this class. She gets to tumble, sing, balance and more. They even do bubbles! I think her favorite is the tumble track, but today her favorite seemed to be the balance beam. (Photo taken on my cellphone!)

I drive by these contruction vehicles EVERYDAY. They always amuse me cause they are just sitting there parked, never being operated. There is a whole block dedicated for new shops, but have workers been there in the past 3 months? NOPE! I am half tempted to go sit in one, just to see...but I am too afraid of getting caught!
